This guy Chance aka Mr mobile mechanic scammed me out a 125.00 diagnostic fee, claimed he would return and the fee would go towards the labor, then disappeared on me when the part came in. No response to calls or texts however previously he was very anxious and prompt to come and collect a 125.00 diagnostic fee that took him 15 minutes to do. DO NOT do business here. Young man it’s not wise driving around Jackson scamming people out their hard earned money. Keep that con game in Brandon. And don’t say you don’t know who I am, as I see you replied to your other bad reviews or I will gladly add screenshots of your texts.

I would highly recommend John with Mr. Mobile Mechanic. I was told I was having problems with one of my CV boots so I was prepared for the worst. When I found John with Mr Mobile Mechanic he wasted no time coming out to diagnose my problem. Happily to my surprise, my problem was a loose belt and worn front sway bar links. He sent me a link to the parts I needed to order and was out here the next day to install them. I was very impressed with his prices, as well as, how thorough he was during his inspection and diagnosis. He took time to explain his findings and the seriousness associated with each issue. If ever needed I will definitely be calling him, I have added him to my speed dial! He gave me back my peace of mind!

Chance was very prompt. I am a good shade tree that has gotten to old to do it. I could tell he was very knowledgeable. He came around 6:30 pm and got us taken care of. If yall are in need. This is the man to call. I would highly recommend him.

don’t trust this guy. called him to fix a crankshaft sensor pigtail cause i was at my wits end and instead of replacing the part, he “spliced” it back together. when in reality he covered the pigtail with electrical tape, took my 150 bucks and blocked my number. i did not request you to cut the wires while you were crimping it together!!! DONT TRUST THIS GUY HES A SCAMMER!! i had to go back over his work myself and fix it!

Great experience! Saved me alot of money. I was told I needed a starter, but my problem was the battery. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Communication is great also. He even reached out to make sure my vehicle was still performing as it should! I do recommend his services!
